Due to the high possibility of inclement weather tomorrow night, we have come up with a Plan B for the Family BBQ.
Meet at the Scout Hall at 6 then …
- if the weather is good we will move across to the park
- if the weather is poor, we will have the BBQ undercover at the hall
The Draper Joey Mob invite the members and their families from all sections (Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Rovers) to our annual Family BBQ in the Park.
Wednesday 29th February @ Alistair Knox Park
6pm for a 6:30 start
BBQ at around 7pm
Finish around 8pm
Sausages, bread, sauce and cordial will be provided.
The barbeque will be available if you wish to bring something different to cook.
BYO chair or rug or whatever you wish to sit on but, be prepared, you will be expected to join in the fun.
Please RSVP to your leader or to elthamjoeys@ymail.com by 25th February so we have an idea of how many we are catering for.
